Jasper Hotel offers ten versatile meeting rooms accommodating anywhere from ten delegates in our purpose-built executive boardroom to up to 500 delegates utilising our entire conference centre. The Centre has two generous sized pre-functions areas which can be used for either Trade / Exhibition Space or Catering.
The Function Hall

The Function Hall has its own pre-function foyer. This impressive space seats up to 350 people theatre-style, ideal for seminars, conventions, product launches, dinners and weddings. The exclusive use option with a plenary hall for 350 people plus nine other rooms and pre-function areas for breakout workshops, exhibitions, trade display and other uses enable our Conference Centre to be the ideal venue for your large conventions and meetings.

We are delighted to offer all-inclusive packages which include coffee, tea on arrival, morning and afternoon teas, working lunch, plenary room hire, Wi-Fi, Data Projector & Screen. Accommodation in our Deluxe Queen and hot breakfast served in Jasper Kitchen.
Our menus include fresh, locally sourced items and can be tailored to your specific tastes or dietary requirements.
