BOOKING CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is a top priority for Jasper Boutique Hotel and
because changes are ongoing and unforeseeable due to COVID-19, we have
implemented new cancellation/modification policies to provide our guests with increased
flexibility.

When you book on our website, all rates are now FLEXIBLE and can be changed or cancelled with 24 hours notice.

Flexible Rates
Our Flexible Rate allows guests to change or cancel their reservation without penalty
with 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival. Changing the date on any reservations on a Flexible
Rate may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes.
Please contact the hotel directly to change or cancel or amend your reservation.

Third Party Reservations

Guests who have booked through a travel agency or third-party website (for example Booking.com or Expedia) must contact these companies directly to make any cancellation or changes to their reservation.

 

Payment Policy

Payment for entire stay plus any incidentals is required at check-in/arrival and a credit card authorisation ($1) will also be taken as guarantee for any incidental charges incurred during the stay. For high demand periods, special events, sale rates and group bookings, different payment policies that require pre-payment may apply. The payment policy will be confirmed at time of booking.

We accept electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. Any credit cards being used for payment (including incidentals) must be present at check-in/arrival by the cardholder. A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies to all credit cards. Visa or MasterCard 1.5% surcharge, American Express 1.98% surcharge and Diners Club 2.5% Surcharge. EFTPOS (Cheque or Savings) may be used without any credit card fees.

Credit Card/EFTPOS payments are not able to be processed via telephone, to arrange payment prior to check-in please contact reservations via stay@jasperhotel.com.au to arrange payment via a secure email payment link. 

Jasper Hotel does NOT accept cash as a payment method. No cash is kept onsite at Jasper Hotel.
