IS THERE LUGGAGE STORAGE AVAILABLE?
Yes. At reception, we can store your bags for you if your room is not ready when you come to check in and also once you check out.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
We have just launched the new luxury brand of amenities from the Appelles Skin Care range in our rooms. Items available consist of shampoo, conditioner, soaps, shower caps, shoe polish, razors, sewing kits and spare toothbrushes in case you forget yours.
ROOM OCCUPANCY? HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN EACH ROOM?
All of our rooms at Jasper Hotel have a maximum occupancy of two people except for the Elizabeth Street Junior Suite. The Elizabeth Street Junior Suite has one King bed or two twin singles and a sofa bed, which can be made up for two people. Additionally, our Disability Access Suites in most cases can have a rollaway bed in the room for an additional charge each night. Baby Cots are available complimentary via our Housekeeping service.
ARE THERE ROOMS WITH DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, our Disability Access Rooms are spaciously designed for people with disabilities and wheelchairs to move around easily. There is no change in floor levels for the bathroom and the shower has a fold-down chair. The shower and toilet are equipped with handrails and the toilet has been lowered as well.
