This is the second time I have stayed at Jasper Hotel. I will be staying again when in Melbourne and happy to recommend the hotel to others. I was in Melbourne for the tennis so was not at the hotel much of the time but was impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The room was comfortable and well serviced. This all contributed to a pleasant stay.

During our stay at your Jasper Hotel we were made to feel welcome and the receptionists were very helpful. We have no hesitation in staying again. We were in Melbourne to attend a stuttering course for my daughter, the staff even let her practice on them. They were wonderful, thanks.

The hotel is well located and has an excellent cafe offering delicious breakfasts. The staff are helpful and can arrange for transport to the Skybus that then takes you our to the airport. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

The service and value are ahead of the rest. The staff are always accommodating and always have a smile. We will be using them again. Extremely professional and always willing to help. The staff are friendly, polite, prompt and accommodating. They were a fantastic help on the day.

In spite of the choice of venues in the city, we continue to look favourably on the Jasper. As a meeting organiser you want to be made to feel that your meeting is the most important, and that is the kind of service we have come to expect from you and your staff.
The foyer area is one of its great plusses, a welcoming space that seems to encourage people to come together.
