What is Jasper Hotel Cancellation Policy?

Jasper Hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours from your check in date the 1st night stay will be charged to your credit card. However if we receive your cancellation prior of 72hr before check in time no charges apply.

Is there luggage storage available?

Yes. At reception we can store your bags for you if your room is not ready when you come to check in and also once you check out.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

We have a just launched the new luxury brand of amenities from Appelles Skin Care range in the rooms. Items available consist of shampoo, conditioner, soaps, shower cap, shoe polish, razor, sewing kit and spare toothbrush in case you forget yours.

Room Occupancy? How many people fit in each room?

Our Deluxe Queen or Twin rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people. Our Executive King or Executive Accessible rooms have either a King or Queen Bed, an additional rollaway bed can be added to the room for an additional $36.00 per night. The 2 Bedroom Suite has 2 separate bedrooms and the beds in the rooms can either be configured as queen beds or as twin singles. A rollaway bed can also be added to the 2 Bedroom Suite for a total of 5 person occupancy

Are their rooms with Disabled Access?

Yes, Our Executive Access Queen rooms are spaciously designed for people with disabilities and wheelchairs to be able to move around with ease. There are no change in floors levels in the bathroom, wheelchair or bathing chair can fit in the shower. The shower and toilet are equipt with handrails and the toilet has been lowered as well.
